HAPTER 15: NETWORK-LAYER BRIDGING
Setting Bridge Flow Timers
You can configure time-out values for:
■ The time that the bridge waits before the bridge entry is removed from
the bridge table
■ The time before attempting to time-out flows that are not active or the
destination of the flow is not reachable.
To set the time out values for bridging, follow this procedure:
Before You Begin
1. Navigate to Network Browser > GroupName > ChassisName > Cuda
Chassis Manager > Configuration > IP > Network Layer Bridging.
1. Click the Global tab.
2. Enter values for these parameters:
3. Click Apply to commit the changes or click Reset to return to the default
values.

NLBG Reply Timeout
Value (in seconds)
The time, in seconds, to wait for a response for a
broadcast flow request before the bridge entry is
removed. The default is 2 seconds.
